We’re so happy you’re here. At GSK our purpose & passion is to create seasonal, visually stunning, and approachable food experiences for your upcoming gathering. We believe that the very best local ingredients and exceptional service shouldn’t feel too stuffy or unattainable.
Our Chef, Maggie Bostick, has honed her culinary expertise over 15 years working in some of Chicago’s most celebrated farm-to-table restaurants; HB Home Bistro, Vincent, and Found, just to name a few. Maggie also led the culinary team for weddings and events at Indian Hill Country Club. Maggie’s contemporary American cuisine also includes a diverse range of globally-inspired recipes but with her own twist. She brings her experience onsite to every full-service event.
Our Beverage Program
Our beverage program, driven by Beverage Director Michael Harvey, features premium craft and local spirits as standard in our bar packages. Each cocktail is hand-crafted with freshly squeezed juices, scratch-made syrups, and hand-picked garnishes. We also offer extended soft spirits which allows us to make a broad variety of cocktails onsite, bringing a high-end cocktail lounge to you.
