Our Chef, Maggie Bostick, honed her culinary expertise over 15 years working in some of Chicago’s most celebrated farm-to-table restaurants; HB Home Bistro, Vincent, and Found, just to name a few. Maggie also led the culinary team for weddings and events at Indian Hill Country Club. Maggie’s contemporary American cuisine also includes a diverse range of globally-inspired recipes but with her own twist. She brings her experience onsite to every full-service event.

Our beverage program, driven by Beverage Director Michael Harvey, features premium craft and local spirits as standard in our bar packages. Each cocktail is hand-crafted with freshly squeezed juices, scratch-made syrups, and hand-picked garnishes. We also offer extended soft spirits which allows us to make a broad variety of cocktails onsite, bringing a high-end cocktail lounge to you.
