Spanning 10,000 sq. ft. on a single level, the space is designed for seamless, full-service events—from ceremonies to cocktail hours, dinners, and dancing.

Defined by soaring 21-foot ceilings, a double bow truss structure, and abundant natural light from skylights and glass garage doors leading to the East Courtyard, the venue blends architectural character with a warm, welcoming feel. Exposed Chicago brick, polished concrete floors, and a 35-foot backlit quartz bar anchor the space, while two open yet distinct areas allow for a flexible event layout.

Palmhouse accommodates up to 250 guests for a seated dinner with a dance floor, and up to 500 for cocktail-style receptions.
